Judaism

Why is Judaism more appealing to me than Christianity and Islam? Is it like this for everyone? Did the Jews always believe in a loving god? The third question is that I heard pro-Christian and pro-Islamic websites teach that before Jesus or Muhammad Jews approached god with fear and Jesus and/or Muhammad taught god of love. But even if that is true the irony is that current Judaism teaches that the Jewish god is even MORE loving than the Christian and the Islamic god. For the thing is this god is not so judgmental if any at all and does not send people to hell. He is more of an understanding kind of a god. It also explains why Jews do not proselytize. You would never see Jews try to convert more people to Judaism. Everyone will be part of the world to come(the afterlife and the messianic age). Jews both secular and religious mind their own business and let others mind their own business. Jews do not practice prejudice and do not wish to change laws of the countries they live in. Jews believe they all heard god speak. They believe in the coming messiah who will redeem the world and end wars, suffering, death, oppression, diseases etc... Jews are open-minded and are allowed to question their beliefs. While Christians and Muslims have dogma, I don't think Jews have dogma. They are even open to the idea of reincarnation even though its not in the Torah. They believe in resurrection too. They have a good mystical part of it called the Kaballah for more advanced Jewish practitioners. It is very good! I am a mystic myself. I can really understand if a person chooses to be Jewish over Christian or Muslim.

Having faith

Why I believe is because of FAITH. If you don't share my faith then that's ok. I believe in God and religions based on FAITH. Surely its not as good as evidence, logic and reason but if the latter 3 do not contradict my faith, then I will keep having faith as long as its reasonable. I saw evidence for reincarnation and it helped increase my faith in religions. I don't believe anything that goes against logic, reason and evidence. I have faith not because I believe I will be rewarded in heaven or good karma but because I believe it is the righteous way. I'm not a Christian but I can talk about Jesus. It has been determined that Jesus did indeed exist. So why did all the disciples go around preaching the gospels and ended up being tortured and executed for doing so? Its because they had FAITH. They knew it was the righteous way. They recognized Jesus was Christ and that he will give them eternal life even if they died. The disciples didn't follow Jesus because he did miracles or promised eternal heaven but because it was the righteous way. So the disciples got themselves tortured, crucified and executed because they knew it was the right thing. Them going to heaven is just a bonus. It comes along with the package. You must be a sincere seeker. No disciples of Jesus wasn't sincere. They all were honest about doing the right thing.

Me and atheists

I'm trying to talk sense to them but I don't think its working. I don't know if its working. I have doubts about whether my god and any gods truly exist. I am actually investigating it, myself. I am looking into philosophy, science, logic and evidence. It does seem to make sense since our universe didn't exist forever that something must've created it. It makes no sense that the whole universe came from nothing. Also the universe is well designed that there must be a creator. But then who created that creator? Or did the creator always? I am investigating these things myself too. It seems WLC never lost a debate, not at least about his KCA. But I don't know. So I am being cautious and being an agnostic where I admit I don't know whether any gods exist. I also do not believe in personal gods. I believe in an impersonal god like the force of nature. There may be more than one impersonal gods. I believe the gods of abrahamic relgions of Judaism, Christianity and Islam are false gods. But Judaism may be a good religion. I don't have any problems with Jews and like them and their beliefs even though I think their god doesn't exist. Jewish views for example have a cool god who doesn't judge you and doesn't send you to hell. If you don't know, Judaism is has some nice beliefs. I do not have a religon and do not promote my beliefs. I keep them to myself while I investigate. But if there was no good arguments nor evidence for god and nothing against god existing then I will believe in my impersonal god based on faith. I think if the faith doesn't go against reason, it is ok to have it. I am pretty sure reincarnation is true though. If you look at the evidence for reincarnation from children who remember their past lives done by Ian Steveneson, Jim Tucker, Carol Bowman and others you too might come to the conclusion that reincarnation is true. So I have little fear of death. I like religions but do stand against religionists who do wrong in the name of religion. So this is me now. I might change though. Do you get me now?
